I am a grief & resilience coach with a foundation of study in psychoanalysis. 

 

I love this work because I enjoy watching people make shifts in their lives where they can reach better feelings, and reach into the future with a sense of renewed purpose and meaning.

 

I’m no stranger to moving through grief.  I’ve worked through many difficulties to get where I am today.  My larger challenges have included overcoming early life trauma/abuse, the end of a marriage, and my son's death in 2018.
